Umar Abdul Razak (wɔwoo no 1 Ɔbɛsɛ 1975) yɛ Ghananyi ɔkuayɛfo na na ɔyɛ ɔkyerɛkyerɛfo wɔ Tolon Senior High school.[1] Na ɔyɛ mbrahyɛbaguanyi nso ma Tolon mantɔw a ɔwɔ Ghana Etsifi Mantɔw mu.[2]
