John Oti Bless[1] (wɔwoo no Fida, Ɔbɛsɛ 19, 1979) yɛ Ghana amanyɛnyi na mbrahyɛbaguanyi ma Nkwanta Epuei Ambatow Mpasuar a ɔwɔ Oti Mantɔw mu wɔ Ghana mbrahyɛbagua a ɔtɔ do akron (9th Parliament) wɔ National Democratic Congress tsekiti do.[2][3]
